Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Cable Co. said its ordinary general meeting held on Wednesday approved the board and auditor's reports as well as consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended on 31 December 2014.
Shareholders also discharged board members from liability for the same fiscal year and appointed KPMG as an auditor for FY15.
In addition, shareholders approved the contracts concluded with related parties in 2014.
